EGM THAT HAS BEEN LONG DELAY BY CURRENT 4 (FOUR) IRRESPONSIBLE MEMBER OF COUNCIL

AGENDA SHOULD BE PUT UP FOR OWNERS DECISION IN EGM

RESPONSIBLE OWNERS REQUEST FOR 

·         EGM TO BE CONDUCTED BY INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY

Previous AGM on 17^th November 2012 has discrepancies in Proxy and Nomination. Matters have yet been addressed by previous administration team that had arranged for the AGM under its own conditions despite reminders.

·         UNLAWFUL WITHDRAWAL FROM BUILDING/ SEEKING FUND

Previous administrator team has withdrawn from our building / sinking fund without General meeting. This act could lead to breach of trust.

Withdrawal was done since Jan 2011 to pay for a compensation sum of RM699K plus and other payments.

Previous administrator team should seek for Appeal instead rather than let this judgment rule. A group of owners have written in and it did not been entertained.

We need Financial statement report .

·         PETITION BY 73 OWNERS TO HAVE EXPERIENCE NEW BUILDING MANAGER BEEN IGNORED

The irresponsible MCs has ignore owners petition to decide the position of new Building Manager in EGM. Current Operation Manager (already been revoke by ex-Administrator and given Suspension Letter by one of the MC with 70 signature petition), Chen Kim Sung (Sam) has failed to show his management skill and present his experience in certificates. He has signed a letter dated 27^th Feb to owners’ representative stated himself as “Manager”. Such appointment is invalid as it does not go through EGM. We reserved the rights to decide this position in EGM. We do not recognized him until decision made.

·         RE-ELECTION OF MEMBER OF COUNCIL

Current Member of Council needs re-election due to discrepancies of proxy and nomination. The 4 irresponsible and inexperience MCs has made majority decision and ignore the 3 MCs request for immediate:

Ø  EGM dated (They ignore AGM resolution to convene EGM within 3 month)

Ø  Ignore 3 MCs request to resolve Settlement of Contract with general body immediately

Ø  Made decision through majority without knowledge from 3 MCs that seek for transparency. Example: “Trustee appointment” stated in 28^th Jan MC meeting minutes, spend on Lawyer appointment without knowing the cost, management expenses, appointment of staff, reply letters to COB and control Anjung Hijau Account.

Dear Owners, we need transparency and eagerly are seeking your attention to resolve all matters in EGM.

Please appoint your proxy wisely. Appoint:

·         People you can trust (Family and friends, not management staff)

·         Let your proxy know your concern

·         Vote for transparency, sincere and responsive MC
