No cleaners and gardeners? YES or NO?

I had been paying maintenance but i realized our common area is not properly maintenance. I found there are rubbish and broken glass at the building and floor of car park for the past few days? Strange, don't we have cleaner to clean the common area everyday? at least on the week day?

    Hi there, I'd like to highlight my dissatisfaction towards the management for charging RM50 for replacing my access card. 3 weeks ago the readers stopped detecting my access card. The management insisted that it's spoilt and needs to be replaced for Rm50. The card was kept properly and how can anyone insist it's suddenly broken? Who knows if it's not the readers' problem? An access card or proximity/RFID card costs about 50 cents each when bought in bulk. To register it to the system, one just needs to press a few buttons and swipe the card on the reader. For that I'm charged RM50.
