The car was actually parked at Block B opposite of security tent after the house was robbed.So it shall be security fault or management fault?If the owner also want to sue,who shall they sue?management or security? If air-con case, can ask for 1 million. The robbery case, how much can the owner asks? In this case, PPAH will have unlimited debt?
